How long does video production take?
A typical explainer video (60–90 sec.) is ready in 3 to 5 weeks. Social media cuts are often faster (1–2 weeks), corporate films or multi-part campaigns take 6 to 10 weeks. In the kick-off call we give you a concrete timeline, aligned with your deadline.
How much does a professional video cost?
Animated explainer videos start around 1,500 €, premium corporate films and campaigns are usually between 3,500 € and 7,000 €. Pure editing of existing footage is significantly cheaper. You always receive a transparent fixed-price quote before the project starts – including music, voice-over, subtitles and all platform cuts bundled into one price.
Can you produce videos in English or other languages?
Yes. We produce in German and English as a standard. Other languages such as French, Spanish, Italian, Turkish or Arabic are easily possible via professional voice talent. Subtitles in any language are part of our standard. Even Arabic and Asian languages such as Chinese or Japanese are no problem, with native voice talent from our network.
Do you offer pure video editing without concept or script?
Yes. If you already have your own raw footage – from events, interviews, or smartphone recordings – we edit it professionally with colour grading, sound design, subtitles and platform-ready cuts. A standalone service and accordingly cheaper than a full production.
Who owns the rights to the finished video?
You do. With the final delivery, all usage rights to the finished video transfer entirely to you – unlimited in time and place, for every channel: website, social, ads, trade shows, internal training. Licences for voice, music and stock footage are included.
Can we adjust or extend the video later?
Yes. We archive all project files for at least 24 months. If you later want to swap a scene, use a different voice, add new language versions or a new outro, it is much faster and cheaper than a new production.
Do we need our own footage or do you handle everything?
Both possible. For animated videos you bring nothing – we deliver script, storyboard, animation and voice end-to-end. For live action we organise the full set including crew, lighting and talent on request, or process your own material. We coordinate locations, permits and logistics – you don't have to worry about anything.
Which software do you work with?
We use industry standards only: Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition, Photoshop, Illustrator as well as DaVinci Resolve, Cinema 4D and Blender. For AI workflows we use current tools like Runway, ElevenLabs and Midjourney – always within a structured, controlled process.
Do you offer video editing for freelancers and the self-employed?
Yes, explicitly. Many self-employed coaches and consultants use our editing-only service to get weekly social clips, YouTube videos or reels. You film with smartphone or camera, we do the editing, sound design, subtitles and platform-ready cuts. On request as a monthly package with fixed delivery dates so you reliably have new content.
Which platform should we prioritise – YouTube, Instagram, TikTok or LinkedIn?
It depends on your audience. In the kick-off we analyse where your buyers actually spend time. For B2B it is almost always LinkedIn (combined with YouTube). For B2C, Instagram + TikTok is often stronger. We deliver platform-optimised cuts so you don't have to stretch one video across all formats.
Can you create ad videos for Google Ads, Meta and TikTok Ads?
Yes, one of our core services. We produce ad creatives specifically for the respective platform – including A/B variants, hook tests, vertical and square formats, subtitles and platform-compliant lengths (6, 15, 30 seconds). On request we work directly with your performance team.
How do the feedback rounds work?
Two structured feedback rounds are included by default: after the storyboard and after the first cut. You receive a preview link with time-coded comments, give precise feedback, and we implement everything in a bundled pass. This avoids endless correction loops.
What about music and sound design – do we need our own licences?
No. We use licensed music and sound effects from professional libraries like Artlist and Epidemic Sound. Licences for use in your finished video are included – unlimited, worldwide, for every channel. On request we can also compose custom music for you.
Do you also offer on-site shoots, or only animated video?
Both. Animated video and AI-assisted production are our focus because they are faster and more predictable. On request we also organise on-site shoots – camera, lighting, sound, talent and locations included. We work across Germany, internationally on request – travel management included.
Can you adhere to our existing corporate design?
Yes. We work with your CI guide or, if you don't have one, extract colours, typography and imagery from your existing materials. Logos, fonts and brand colours are applied consistently. If a font cannot be licensed for video use, we suggest visually similar alternatives that fit your look. If a font cannot be licensed for video use, we suggest comparable alternatives that match your look.
We are a startup without finished branding – can you still help us?
Definitely. We develop a lean visual style for the video that later serves as the basis for website, pitch deck and social. You get branding output that is useful beyond the video. Logo, colour palette and style-frame snippet can be reused for landing pages or sales decks. We provide pixel logo, colour palette and a style-guide snippet in a separate handover package on request.
How does the process work for multiple language versions?
Very efficient. We produce the main version (e.g. German), and once approved we record voice-over in further languages and adapt text overlays. Animation stays identical, the effort per additional language stays manageable. Typical cost is 30 to 50 percent of the original voice-over production per language.
What about subtitles and accessibility?
On request we deliver subtitles burned-in (for social media) and as SRT files (for YouTube, Vimeo, web players). Audio description and sign-language inserts are possible – we discuss that in the kick-off. We can also produce accessibility-ready PDF materials accompanying training videos.
How do you bill – one-time or in instalments?
Standard is two instalments: 50 % at order confirmation, 50 % at final delivery. For larger projects a third instalment after script/storyboard approval is possible. We work exclusively with transparent fixed prices, no hidden costs. Invoices with VAT shown. Payment by bank transfer or PayPal, SEPA direct debit available for larger projects.
What sets you apart from cheap platform providers?
Strategy and outcome. We don't produce videos by template, but for a concretely measurable goal – demo bookings, leads, watch time, sales. Platform providers often deliver 'a video', we deliver a marketing asset with a plan behind it.
Do you also edit videos for influencers, coaches and the self-employed?
Yes, one of our most popular packages. You film with smartphone or camera, we turn it into weekly or monthly cuts in every platform format: Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn videos. On request with subtitles, brand intro/outro and translation into any language.
Do you produce videos for schools, public institutions and education?
Yes, explicitly. Explainer videos for schools, academies, universities and public bodies are a growing area. We deliver didactically sound content with accessibility-ready subtitles, optionally also with sign language. Billing to public clients is no problem. We know the typical procurement guidelines and can issue offers in the required standard formats.
Can you produce videos with AI avatars in many languages?
Yes. With AI avatar presenters (Synthesia, HeyGen) and studio-quality AI voice (ElevenLabs) we generate 12+ language versions from one production — efficient and with a consistent character. Ideal for international brands, training libraries and multilingual product videos. Content can later be updated via script change, without re-recording.
Do you also edit videos for landing pages and marketing campaigns with AI-assisted workflows?
Yes. We build videos specifically for high-converting landing pages and performance campaigns. AI helps us with voice drafts, storyboard visualisation and language versions, while concept, script and direction stay human-led. The result: fast output with measurable impact. Typical conversion uplifts of our landing-page videos range from 20 to 60 percent compared to text-only pages.
